Prototype electroplating process means in the metallized salts solution, to be metal plating
substrate as cathode, through electrolysis to make the metallized cation in the plating solution
sedimentary out from the substrate metal surface , form to a surface processing method of
coating. Coating performance is different from the base metal, with new features. According
to the function of the coating can be divided into protective coating, decorative coating and
other functional coatings.
Prototype electroplating process generally including three stages :the pretreatment before
plating, electroplating, plating post-processing .
