The application of PMMA

PMMA also called acrylic or organic glass.Its chemical name is polymethyl methacrylate. It is a
kind of important thermoplastic developed early, has good transparency, chemical stability and
weather resistance, easy dyeing and processing, nice appearance, it is widely used in the 
construction industry. It zhaopianis the most excellent synthetic transparent material so far. 
PMMA products usually can be divided into casting plate, sheet extrusion and molding compound.
Now ,the PMMA products has been widely used in many industries as below:
1.Architectural applications: Show windows, soundproof doors and windows, light shade, 
   telephone booth, etc
2.Advertisement application:Light boxes, sign-board, indicator, display rack, etc
3.Traffic application:Cars and windows of trains, cars and other vehicles .
4.Medical applications: infant incubator, all kinds of surgery medical equipment and supplies:
    bath facilities, handicrafts, cosmetics,holder,aquarium, etc.;
5.Industrial application: instrument surface plate and the cover, etc.;
6.Lighting applications: fluorescent lamp, droplight, street lamps, etc.
