The application of the prototype model and the effect of the polishing

Main application:
1.Appearance prototype: mainly used to test the product appearance size, color assortment, 
material match, cost evaluation, market research, exhibition equivalent production process  
feasibility analysis and judgment.
2.Structural prototype: mainly used in the coordination of product inner assembly structure,
material strength analysis,performance testing, cost evaluation, new product investment 
promotion, etc., thereby significantly reducing the risk of directing open mould.
3.Vacuum complex mode:mainly used for small batch new product various performance 
test ,further enhance the feasibility of new product, also can be used for new products.
The three effect of polishing:
1.Clear the burr and oil substrate on the surface of the base.
2.Generally the blowing surface is rough,need to obtain a smooth surface by sanding,
so polishing can reduce the roughness of the workpiece surface.
3.To enhance the coating adhesion. Need to make polishing for the old paint film before
spray a new film.because the poor adhesion of the coating on the smooth surface,can
enhance the adhesion of the coating after polishing.
