The advantages are:
1.high size accuracy;
2.Only need to cut the contour line , high production efficiency;
3.No need design support;
4.The samples made with the hardness like the wooden products, can be used under 200℃
environment after slightly processing,can be used for a certain cutting processing;
5.The using life of the CO2 laser over 20000 hours;
6.The price of the material is cheap .
The disadvantages are:
1.Can’t make the plastic parts directly;
2.The surface roughness is high, there are obvious steps grain of the workpiece surface,
need to make grinding after the molding;
3.Easy hygroscopic expansion, need to make surface moistureproof processing as
 quickly as possible after processing.
