the parts components into a finished product.
Oil painting:Spray colors on the sample according customers’ requirements.
Silk screen: Lettering or print patterns on the prototype sample surface.
Pad printing:Lettering or print patterns on uneven surface of the prototype,need to add one
more piece of the steel plate on the basis of silk screen.
Laser carving:Use laser off the paint on the surface of the product,make the vulture: use a
laser off the paint on the surface of the product, pervious to light in the part of the position.
Anodizing oxidation :Make the aluminum surface oxidation reaction, form a layer of film to
make products not easily scratched.
Drawbench: pull over one thin fine lines on the surface of the aluminum ,make the sample
quality better.
Highlights: on the already done surface treatment of aluminum sample , with a high speed
CNC machining, revealing the essence of aluminum.
UV: Spray a layer of transparent oil on the surface of the product,use ultraviolet light to dry,
make the product more bright, not easy to scratched, like a protective layer.
