The classification of injection molds

According to the different classification basis, there are a lot of classified method of injection
 mould . Usually has the following categories:
(1) According the nuclear plastic material type,it can be divided into thermoplastic injection 
mold plastic and  thermosetting plastic injection mold.
(2)According to the number of cavity of the mold,it can be divided into single cavity injection 
mold and multi cavity injection mold.
(3)
According to the installation method,it can be divided into mobile injection mold and fixed 
injection mold.
(4)
According to the injection molding machine types,it can be divided into horizontal injection
 molding machine , vertical injection molding machine, angle injection molding machine.
(5)According to the gating system,it can be divided into cold runner mold,insulated runner 
mold, hot runner mold, tepidity runner mold.
(6)According the injection mold structure characteristic,it can be divided into eight types.
Including the below:
1)The single parting surface injection mold (second board type injection mold)
2)Double parting surface injection mold (three board type injection mold)
3)Injection mold with moving parts
4)Injection mold with side parting core pulling mechanism
5)Automatic unloading thread injection mold
6)The injection mold of die side without demoulding mechanism
7)The first passage excitation material injection mold
8)Fold type cavity injection mold
