1.The material and heat treatment of the axis parts
The material of the common axial parts use 45 steel.To get certain strength,toughness,
abrasive resistance through different treatment process including normalizing, tempering,
and sudden fire,etc And the mid-accuracy to the higher axial parts can choose 40cf alloy 
structure steel,can get good comprehensive mechanical property through tempering and
surface sudden fire treatment.The axial parts with high precision can choose Gcrl5 bearing
steel and spring steel 65Mn, etc.It can obtain good abrasion resistance and fatigue 
resistance through tempering and surface sudden fire treatment.The axis parts with high 
speed and heavy working conditions can choose 20 crMnTi, 20cr, 38CrMoAl, etc., can obtain 
high surface hardness,wear resistance and heart intensity through sudden fire or chlorine 
infiltration processing.
2.The blank of the axis parts
The blank of the axial parts including bar, forgings and castings. The blank of the optical axis 
and stepped shaft is given priority to bar .The axis with the outer diameter large difference or 
the important axis(such as principal axis)appropriate choose forgings blank,not only save 
material,reduce machining labor emperor,but also improve its mechanical properties.The 
complex large pump parts (such as crankshaft )can use casting blank.
