1.Emphasizing on cavity layout,including the below three points:
1)As far as possible arranged balance type, in order to set the balance type shunt way.
2)The arrangement of the cavity and the gate open place need to be symmetrical,to prevent
material overflow phenomenon because of the mold under partial load.
3)The cavity need to be arranged as compact as possible, to reduce the mold dimension.
2.Small loss of the heat and pressure.So the the process of the gating system should be
short, section size should be as large as possible, little bending, and lower surface coarse
degree .
3.Balanced feed material.Put the plastic melt into the depth of the cavity and corner at the
same timeas much as possible,this also means the runner adopt the balance type to arrange.
4.Less consumption of the plastic .On the premise of filled cavity,the gating system volume as
smaller as possible,to reduce the consumption of the plastic materials.
5.Eliminate the cold material .The gating system should be able to collect the low temperature
“cold material”,prevent it going to the cavity, affect the plastic quality.
6.Good exhaust.The gating system should guide the plastic melt filled into every corner of the
cavity smoothly ,make the gas inside the cavity exhaust smoothly.
7.Prevent the IL plastics defect.Avoid the melt filling is insufficient or plastic parts appear
porosity shrinkage, residual stress buckling and deformation,too big dimension deviation,
etc,different kinds of unhealthy phenomenon.
8.Plastic appearance quality.According the size ,shape,technology requirements of the
plastics,to remove the pouring gate convenient ,will not affect its beauty and use.
9.Production efficiency .As far as possible without or less after plastic processing, molding
cycle is short, high efficiency
