The marks and symbol on the prototype

Because of decoration or some special requirements, there are marks and symbol of the plastic
 prototypes ,such as name,text,numeric key ,instruction ,etc.But need to make the marks and 
symbol don’t affect the demould.
The marks and symbol on the plastic prototype including the convex and concave two types.They
are  convex when on the plastic prototype,and concave when on the mould, Whereas they are 
concave when on the prototype ,and convex when on the mould.The concave marks and symbol 
on the mould is easy to process,can use the convenient method of carving to make .But the 
convex marks and symbol on the mould is hard to process.And when directly make a convex 
mold,it is hard to ensure the forming surface roughness.Therefore can use the electric spark,
electroforming or cold extrusion.In addition, sometimes in order to facilitate change the marks
and symbols. Also can use the embed in the model (male die and female die),make the marks
and symbols insert molding,but it will leave concave or convex traces in plastic prototype.
