1.The influence of vibration on machining
 The process system often vibrate during the machining process,make the normal machining
 process be interference and damaged.When vibration,it will appear the chatter mark on the 
surface of the workpiece,reduced the machining accuracy and surface quality of the workpiece.
The strong vibration will make stop the cutting process , even appear cutter broken.The vibration
 also affect the durability of the cutter and machine life.Moreover,the vibrations will harsh the 
noise to pollute the environment, affect the workers’physical and mental health .Due to this,
ofter forced to reduce the cutting dosage,reduce the machining productivity.
The influence of vibration on CNC machining
For precision machining and ultra-precision machining, even appeared extremely small arms
vibration in the process of machining,can also lead to be processing parts can not meet the
design requirements, therefore we are extremely strict to vibration proof.
2.The variety of the vibration of machining process
According the reasons,the vibration generated in machining,can be classified into free vibration,
 forced vibration and self-excited vibration three categories.The free vibration is often due to the 
sudden change of cutting force or other causes such as the impact of the outside world, this 
vibration can be rapidly attenuation,therefore less effect on the machining process.Whereas
 the forced vibration and self-excited vibration are not natural attenuation and with large harm.
