The classification ,function ,and structural characteristics of sleeve prototype

The application of sleeve prototype is very extensive among machine prototypes.They can be
 divided into integral type and split two categories according to the structural characteristics.
Such as : bearings supporting all kinds of the axis of rotation,guide sleeve on the fixture, the
 cylinder on the tender machine and the hydro-cylinder in the hydraulic system, and general 
function sleeve prototypes.
The main function is support and guide.When it used as the As the shaft neck support of the
rotation axis , bear radial ,axial load in the work, and pass to the frame.When it used as a 
hydro-cylinder or cylinder liner, the main function is guiding.Since the function of sleeve
prototypes is different, there is a big difference in the structure and size, but there is common
 characteristic on the structure.The main surface of the prototype is coaxiality high required 
inside and outside revolution ; also there are high requirements of vertical degree of the end 
face and axis,if the thickness of the prototype too thin ,it will easy deformation,the length of the
 prototype generally larger than the diameter,etc.
