Automatic identification of the parts assembly relationship is an important part to realize the
 product assembly automation.Because the Leecheer prototype factory has typical structure,
the assembly relationship can be stored through the way of rule bank,through RRR
(rule-based reasoning) technology to get the assembly relationship of the stamping die .
The assembly sequence is one of the key research to realize product assembly automation.
Rational assembly sequence can significantly improve the efficiency of the prototype assembly.
Adopt the outgoing assembly way in the system,Leecheer prototype use the lower die as the 
basic element, in order to join parts connected with the front parts, until all parts run out .The 
parts are provided by artificial or reasoning through the CBR techniques to obtain.After packing
one component, we can get the assembly relationship by reasoning from the assemble 
relationship library.The through the API function of Solidworks to position parts.After complete 
the positioning,then going into next part.During the assembly process, introduce the concept 
of assembly layer,and set the lower mold base layer to 0, all linked to the mold base parts of 
the layer set to 1, and so on.In the two parts connected together , the small layer parts known
as the parent parts layer, large layer parts named the child parts.
