Plastic prototype detailed manufacturing process introduction

The material of the plastic prototype including ABS,PC,PMMA,PU.PC and PMMA is used for
 transparent parts,PU is used for small batch silicone mould manufacturing material .ABS
 is mechanism massive ,the density is lower than the injection ABS.After processing,the
 internal molecular chain been cutting and fracture.So the strength of the prototype made
of ABS is low,easy to fracture.Cannot be used as sales products.
The manufacturing craftsmanship of the plastic prototype is CNC numerical control 
machining and the silicon mold.And the laser rapid prototyping, this production speed
is fast ,but don’t recommend because the precision and surface quality of finished 
product are poor.
CNC means CNC milling.There is no differences between its tool and ordinary 
mechanical processing.The only difference is the milling materials are ABS,PC,
PMMA.The 3D data through CNC processing to make software programming.
Output to the CNC machine can  work out what we need semi-finished products.
The semi-finished products after polishing, paint ,electroplating process to be the 
final sample.Can be equivalent to the formal products.It is the best way to show 
and verify the appearance prototype and functional prototype.
