The nine basic steps of auto prototype surface treatment

As we know ,the prototype model have two most important functions,first is structure verification,
the second is display.The surface treatment of the display prototype is very important,the key is 
the process,below are the nice basic steps. 
Water transfer printing
Make use of the water pressure and activator to transfer the printing membrane detachment layer
dissolved, the basic process is:
1)film printing: print different kinds design on polymer film;
2) spray primer: many material must be coated with a layer of adhesion agent, such as metal, 
ceramic and so on, if you want to transfer different pattern, you must use a different background 
color, for example,the wooden grain generally use brown color,coffee color, khaki,etc,stone grain
use white color;
3) the extension of the original film: lie the membrane on the water surface , and make the film 
stretch leveling ; 
4)Activation:Activate the pattern on the film into ink state by some special solvent ; 
5)Transfer: use the water pressure to print the after activation patterns on the printed content;
6) Wash: use water to wash the residual impurities on printed content; 
7) drying: Drying the printed workpiece,the temperature depends on material element and melting
 point; 
8) spray paint:spray transparent paint to protect the printed surface.
9)drying: Drying the workpiece after finish spray surface.
