The six basic common sense of CNC programming

It’s hard for us to understand the programming knowledge ,especially not engaged in this 
industry.Now we explain some characteristics of the programming and technology of the 
CNC machining center.
1.Make reasonable technical process analysis 
Since the process is focus,we need to arrange the processing order reasonably to improve 
the processing accuracy and productivity. 
2. By batch to decide the method of changing knife 
If the batch is more than 10 pieces, tool change frequently, appropriate automatic tool change; 
Small batch, cutting tool types is small, should be a manual tool change.
3. The automatic tool change need to leave enough space.
4. Try to use tool closed to preset. 
5. Arrange trial run before processing.
6. Different process content program different subroutine, the main program mainly 
complete tool change and subroutine adjustment.
