The decoration of the prototype processing

When design requirements need higher flexibility, or cannot directly molded in product,the
 packaging industry commonly used prototype processing label will instead of printing job.
The tag usually adopt good polypropylene film, thickness is zero point a few millimeters.
The advantage is it combines directly downstream process with the injection molding steps
 together .And whereas the defect is due to the insulation effect of the label, will extend the 
molding cycle slightly.
First, during the demould process of the product,make use of the complex mechanical
 arm end appliance technology to insert the injection mold.Then through electrostatic 
adsorption or vacuum to fix the tag firmly in the appropriate location of the mold.The 
requirement of the prototype processing label to the injection molding machine almost 
the same with the thin wall molding.d in the mold's processing and labeling requirement
 for injection molding machine with thin wall molding. 
Prototype processing decoration has low requirements to the injection molding machine.
The main challenge is mold design, automation technology and manufacturing of the 
decorative membrane inserts According to the requirement of the prototype decoration 
craft processing, injection molding machine can use cascade control system,through 
the trip time, screw stroke,injection pressure or prototype processing pressure to adjust 
the equipments. Prototype decoration can adopt the low pressure processing technology
 such as foam injection molding or injection compression molding under normal conditions.
