The silica gel is a kind of active liquid,no matter what color,the quality is really the same.

mold or handle the copy product , take a certain amount of colloid, adding 2-3% curing
agent, can use it after mixing evenly, and the model can be curing after 2-3 hours.The
characteristics are no deformation and shrink,thermostability,can be used repeatedly
after molding ,provide rapid replication for products, product shrinkage rate can reach
two over one thousand, which is mainly used for prototype model and small bulk copy
products.

mold, alloy toys craft, plastic toys craft, gift stationery, large statue, cultural replication,
sole mold manufacturing, pad printing, electronic devices for earthquake proof, etc
Silica gel products used in prototype model:
1.The prototype silica gel used in small products or fine pattern products.Need to use
soft silica gel to manufacture model,as for some precision and small products,the inside
items easy to damage when demould.
2. If you make bulk copy or bulk products, need to use the silica gel with high hardness,
so that can keep the production do not deformation.
