WPC processing prototype technology

WPC prototype is used to make all kinds of wooden prototypes.In modern industrial production,
products use prototype to molding is the general method , wood plastic products manufacturing
is no exception.
According to the technological characteristics at present, the comprehensive requirements of 
the wood is: first of all is to be able to produce the high quality wood plastic products which can
 meet the requirements of such aspects: appearance, dimension precision ,physical properties.
From the perspective of prototype using are: high efficiency production, automation, simple 
operation and easy maintenance.
From the perspective of the prototype manufacturing,reasonable structure of the prototype,easy
to manufacture,low cost,can be accepted by most of users.In our daily wood plastic products 
and  industrial wood plastic applications, wood plastic prototypes can be divided into the
 following categories according to the different production process .
1. Pressing molding class prototype: Our familiar car interior trim panels,ship plate,vehicle 
cabin boards,etc,all we know the car interior trim panels ship plate, etc. All use this pressing
 molding class prototype to make.
2.Injection molding prototype: public venues seats, appliance shell ,children’s toys are based
 on this injection molding prototype.
3.Hollow blowing type molding prototype: such as pallet ,packing box products, all use this .
4.Extrusion molding prototype:floor,section,door and windows, panel and sheets all use this 
method .This kind of wood plastic products take up more than 60% in domestic.
Wood plastic materials as a new type of composite materials, usually using natural plant fiber 
materials, such as straw, rice husk ,wood powder ,hemp fibers and different polymer base 
material blending together,so the extrusion molding take a important role in wood plastic 
material processing.
