Analysis the precision of processed parts and technical requirements is the important content 
of part manufacturability analysis, only on the basis of analyzing the parts size accuracy and 
surface roughness,can make correct and reasonable choice of the processing method, the 
clamping way ,cutting tool and cutting quantity.
The main content of the precision and technical requirements analysis including analysis
 whether the precision and  all technical requirements is complete and reasonable; analysis 
whether the process of the numerical control turning processing precision can meet the 
requirements of drawings, if not, need to adopt other measures (such as grinding) to make 
up for, you should leave allowance for subsequent working procedure; Find out pattern on the 
position accuracy of surface, the surface should be install complete inone time; For the surface
 with higher requirements of the roughness, should determine use the constant cutting.
