The Structural manufacturability analysis during CNC prototype processing

CNC prototype structural manufacturability refers the applicability of the parts to the processing
 method,also means the designed part structure should easy to processed to forming.
When machining parts on CNC machine, should carefully review the rationality of the structural
 parts according the characteristics of the numerical control turning.
When make manual programming, need to calculate each basis point coordinates;when make
 automatic programming, need to define all the geometrical element constitute the part outline.
So when analysis the parts diagram,need to analysis whether the the given conditions of 
geometric elements fully .Due to the various reasons such as design, may be seen in the
 pattern shape processing of formation conditions are not sufficient, blurred and a defect size, 
so as to increase the difficulty of the programming work, some even can't programming at this
 time At this point ,should reflect to the designers.
