Nowadays, prototype is still the leader of continuous updated technological
productsThe technology also continue innovation that it have developed
from sigle hand-made to diversified development.
As advanced product of industrial revolution,intelligentized CNC technology
integrate the advanced technology in machinery which has been on proven
technique stage. With this technology, the important manufactured machine
of prototype is CNC machine. The machining precision of CNC prototype
can reach ±0.1mm, which can compare with moulding. Considering to factor
of shirking of injection moulding, sometimes the precision of CNC prototype
may surpass the precision of moulding prototype.
Recent years,3D printing has become hot topic. As new technique, its advantage
has appear in all kinds of complicated prototype. However, its disadvantage should
be known. Limited by its fittings , the precision of 3D printing just reach 0.2mm or
worse. Its specialized material also can not promote to the strength of general engineering
materials. During casting, the precision error will be largen because of shirking.
It is difficult to satify the requirement of assembly.
All in all,in the future five years even ten years, the main prototype manufacturing
technology is still CNC prototype. We pay attention to the development of prototype
