When the design requirements need higher flexibility, or the printed products cannot directly 
molded, packaging industry commonly use prototype processing label instead of printing job .
The labels usually adopt printed polypropylene film, thickness is commonly tenths of millimeters .
The advantage of prototype processing label is combined the downstream process with injection
 molding steps directly .The defect is due to the heat insulation effect of label, will slightly
 extended molding cycle.
First ,during the stripping process of previous product , make use of the complex mechanical arm
 end technology insert the label into the injection mold.Then fix the label into the appropriate 
location of the model firmly through electrostatic adsorption or vacuum negative pressure.
The requirements of the prototype processing label is almost the same with thin-wall 
injection molding .
Prototype processing decoration request very low to the injection molding machine. Model
 design, automation technology and decorative membrane insert production is mainly facing 
challenge. According to the requirement of the prototype processing decoration craft , the
 injection molding machine can adopt cascade control system, adjust the equipments 
through the time ,screw stroke, injection pressure or prototype processing pressure. Under 
normal conditions,prototype processing decorations can adopt low pressure processing 
technology, such as foam injection or injection compression molding.
