The main steps of prototype model processing

Prototype model is a kind of model often used in industrial design and production , at present 
most of the prototype model manufacturers adopt CNC machining center to realize .Mainly
 through the following several steps when making prototype model.
1.Programming.Programming is the first step of prototype model manufacture, the
 programmer will analysis the 3D data, write the program language of the control 
CNC processing center.
2.CNC machining .Input the program language to the computer, make precision 
maching through the program's command .
3.Handicraft handle.After repair processing,the data proofreading work,the removal of the
 burrs, grinding should be done at the same time,all these by manual process .
4.Surface treatment .To realize the different surface effect of the drawing by a variety of ways ,
at the time of processing mainly with paint, electroplating methods, in individual cases also
had anodic oxidation, wiredrawing processing, etc.
5.Assembling.After processing,need to assemble and data detection,before surface treatment,
generally need trial assembly to guarantee the performance of the equipment.
6.Package.After processing the product,the next step is quality inspection,and then packing.
However, above this kind of work is relatively rough work steps, actual operation need to 
according to the management way, and firm size to decide, choose a more appropriate 
way to carry on the processing.
