1.roll finishing

rolled ,it can be effectively improve the roughness of the prototype model surface,and the
 cold hard layer and residual compressive stress can also  effectively improve its bearing 
capacity and fatigue strength.
2.Shot peening
Make use of very fast bead pellet,impact the prototype surface, make it appear cold hard
 layer and residual compressive stress. It can obvious improve the fatigue strength of 
parts and use time.The material of the bead pellet can be cast iron.If some material is 
professed by aluminum,then had better use aluminum pellet or glass pellet,in order to 
avoid some iron particles result in corrosion problems.This reinforcement schedule is
 especially suitable for some complex prototypes ,cannot use other methods to process.
3.Diamond press burnish workmanship
It is a kind of way by making use of cylindrical or spherical diamond to press burnish on 
the prototype model.By this way,can effectively improve the surface quality and production
 efficiency of the workpiece,also also make the prototype has a better fatigue strength.

All processing technology can improve the performance of prototype model ,you can choose 
a more appropriate way according the application of the prototypes and the actual defects ,
 the prototype can be improve effectively  in various aspects.
