The Difference between Mirror Polishing and Brushing Polishing
On principle , mirror polishing have many difference with brushing polishing.
How many difference between this two polishing?
Mirror polishing
Mirror polishing decides the surface perfection of workpiece.. The effect just
like mirror is the ideal polishing effect.Mirror polishing can be divided into
chemical solution mirror polishing and machinery mirror polishing.Machinery mirror
polishing is metal material to reach mirror effect after grinding and polishing.
Polishing is the last process of workpiece, which aims at remove small polishing
scratch on surface. The ideal mirror polishing surface is traceless, brightness,smooth,
no protruded carving, no metal disturbing layer,no holes.
Chemical solution mirror polishing is that using chemical solution to soak the sample,
removing the surface scale to reach glossy surface. Chemical polishing is speediness,
convenience, economy,and efficiency and good brightness.
Brushing polishing
Brushing is a kind of machining technology of metal surface. During metal working,
under outer force, metal sample is made to go through mould and cross sectional area
is pressed, then obtain required shape and dimension of cross sectional area. This is metal
brushing polishing. And wire-drawing die is tha tool change the shape and size of mental sample.
Brushing polishing on the surface is grind the metal sample and make pin-stripes on surface,
which has decorative effect. Because the brushing polishing can reflect texture of metal material,
it has been more and more application.
Brushing polishing don’t have uniformed classification. It is divided into straight
brushing and disordered brushing.
