Sythetic-wood prototype is used to make all kinds of wood plastic prototypes. In modern 
industrial production, the product forming by prototype is a general method,no exception
of the wood plastic products.
According to the current process characteristics,the wood plastic products has the 
comprehensive requirements to the prototypes: first,can produce the high quality wood 
plastic products which satisfy the requirements in appearance, dimensional accuracy,
physical properties,etc; From the perspective of prototype used requirement is:high 
efficiency production, automation, simple operation and easy maintenance.
From the perspective of prototype manufacturing requirements :the structure of the prototype
is reasonable, the production is easy, cheap, can be accepted by vast number of users. In
our daily wood plastic products and industrial application wood plastic,the wood plastic 
prototype can be divided into the following categories according to the different production
process:
1.Pressure molding prototype:The car interior trim plate, ship plate, vehicle cabin boards all 
adopt the products made by pressure molding prototype.
2.Injection molding prototype: public venues seats, household appliances shell, children toys
 are made by injection molding prototype.
3.Hollow blow prototype: such as pallets, packing boxes and other products,are all use hollow
 blow prototype.
4.Extrusion forming prototypes: floors, profiles, doors and windows, plate, sheet, etc. These 
products are all through extrusion forming.These prototypes accounted for over 60% in current
domestic wood plastic products.
Wood plastic materials as a new type of composite material, usually use natural plant fiber 
materials, such as straw, rice husk, wood powder, hemp fibers with different polymer base
material blending processing together, so extrusion molding has the important status in the
wood-plastics material processing production.
