1.Mold technology
1)Frist consider the blanking process, then to the drawing technique with high strength steel plate
used in the auto production.In order to ensure the high strength plate be forming,the success 
probability of using blanking to forming is higher, compared with the drawing,the blanking without
holder ring, enhance the material utilization rate. But drawing process ensure the product quality, 
can shorten the adjusting cycle.So need to make the optimal process after considering both.
2)Use cutting process to make blanking production,the waste parts after blanking can be used 
again to the same material parts.
3)Prototype factory need maximum clamping or a multi-cavity mould,the developed products are
almost  left and right sides are symmetrical, if need a clamping production,only need to increase
the symmetrical parts size to the single mold size,this is the mold appearance size.It can save a
set of steering mechanism,and reduce the weight of the whole mold, it is good for long narrow 
parts production.
2.Mold design
During the mold structure design,some structure is unnecessary.For example, in order to guarantee 
pick-up smoothly, generally will retain the pneumatic lifter device on the mold ,this is hardly used in 
practical production.
Mold service life requirements directly affect the mold material selection, our company usually requires
the mold service life for 500000 times, but during many varieties, small batch production at present, it 
is unreasonable require 500000 times ,we can reduce the mold wall thickness, to reduce the cost.
