Molding technology of prototype process

The most common prototype process are SLA rapid prototyping and CNC hand processing , 
the mechanical equipment is more precise than before, generally accurate to tenth of a 
millimeter, all products can be processed and produced generally.But need according 
to the actual situation to make selective processing.Take the mobile phone shell for 
example, if processing too thin ,it is likely to rot, not strong enough.The designers need
 to consider this point in the process of design 3D drawings .
These processing mould has become the main technique of prototype processing,the 
application is very extensive,.When make prototype model after measured , in order to 
ensure the product effect of the 3D drawings , we will use the liquid photosensitive resin
 when adopt SLA rapid prototyping process , this is in order to better shape.And when 
scan by computer ,the prototype factory need to deal with the software,the main purpose
 is to ensure the designed product with the same effect with the 3D drawing.The 
advantage to do this is  complex product can be shaped one time,no need to process 
turn, and basically no need to rely on other processing equipment, the efficiency is 
relatively high.
