Prototype common after treatment processes

1.Oil injection:Spray color to the processed polishing prototype according customers' 
requirement.
2.Silk-screen printing:Print letters or patterns on the processed polishing prototype plane.
3.Pad printing:Print letters or patterns on the processed polishing prototype uneven surface.
4.Radium etching:Use laser to destroy the surface paint of the product,make the part of 
position transmittance (such as: mobile phone key, in-car DVD buttons,lens, etc).
5.Plating:In order to make product details more striking, coat a layer of flipping silver 
product color , the sample before electroplating must be very smooth, without any 
trace of impurities, and then soaking in the chemical liquid (There are water plating
 and vacuum plating).
6.Anodizing oxidation : make the aluminum surface oxidation reaction, form a 
layer of film, make products not easily scratched.
7.Drawbench: pull over thin strips mark on the surface of the aluminum, make 
the quality of the sample better.
8.Highlights: Use high speed CNC process one lap to the aluminum sample
 which have made surface treatment,show the aluminum color.
9.Pass UV:Spray one layer transparent oil on the product surface,use 
ultraviolet light to dry, make the product more bright,not easy to scratch,just 
like a protective layer.
10.Relief: Carving products on a plane by hand.
11.Clay figurine: Use sludge oil carve to three-dimensional product
12.Lathe: there is a clip clamp various materials into an oval, round cup, etc
13.Milling machine: close to CNC, but it use manual and automatic switch 
to control milling (without 3D drawing also can be made entity, but need to 
have samples or sketches)
14.Sandblasting:Put the already polished prototype spray to the translucent 
sand granular.(such as translucent cup.)
