Prototype idea

Usually just r&d or design finished products all need to make prototypes ,it is the first step to 
verify product feasibility, and it is the most direct and effective way to find the defect ,shortage,
drawback of design products, thus to improve the defects targeted, until can't find shortage of 
an individual.At this point, usually need to make small amount trial-production to find the 
shortage,and then to improve.Designed products generally can't made to be perfect, even 
cannot use sometime, direct production once have defects will be all declared worthless, 
waste of manpower ,material resources and time greatly;Whereas,the prototype in general 
is one of the few samples, production cycle is short, less manpower and loss, also can find
 out the shortage of the product design quickly and improvement, provide sufficient basis
 for product production.
Popularly speaking,the prototype is the functional model on the premise of not open the mold, 
according to the product appearance drawing or structure drawings to make one or a few, 
to check the appearance or rationality of the structure.
