1.The confirmation of the product drawing.Including the 2D drawing and 3D drawing,
because many prototoype belong to structural prototype,3D drawing can direct the
assembly structure clearly,and there are some holes need to be machined during
processing,these data need 2D drawing to direct.Avoid some problems when delivery.
2.Confirmation of the delivery.Many customer need to make drawing before making the
prototype,and the drawing cann’t confirmed until many revised program.During this
process,first need to ask if the delivery including the product design time,and better
to know clear the design time and production time,so that to make customer more clearly.
3.The confirmation of the prototype processing material.Each type of plastic material or
metal material have their own performance, especially customer need to process the special
product,it need to use some unconventional materials.For example,if customer need need high
temperature resistance material, need to ask to resistant how many degrees high temperature.
4.Product surface treatment: Product surface treatment including grinding, fuel injection, sand
blasting, oxidation, electroplating, wire drawing,pass UV, etc. Take transparent product sandblasting
for example,need to know the thickness ,to achieve what effect,if there are reference sample, and
product surface treatment process problem.Sometimes the customers may not be very clear the
product process,then we can provide our suggestion.
