PVD treatment surface means"Physical Vapor Deposition", a variety of vacuum deposition 
methods used to deposit thin films by the condensation of a vaporized form of the desired 
film material onto various workpiece surfaces .PVD technology is mainly divided into three
 categories: vacuum evaporation coating, vacuum sputter coating and vacuum ion plating.
But at this stage, the PVD coating can't be replaced by chemical plating, and in addition to 
the stainless steel material surface can be directly for PVD coating, before PVD coating in 
many other material artifacts, all need to make chemical plating Cr first.
The similarities of the PVD coating and traditional chemical plating,both belong to the
 category of the surface treatment, and both through certain way makes a material covered

produce toxic or contaminated material.
