The difference between the prototype model and sculpture crafts

When talks to prototype classification,there are action prototype , the simulation car prototype, 
Gypsum clay figurine prototype, as well as CNC enclosure prototype.
As customer cannot provide designed three view drawing,the first three prototype are almost 
photos and concept,so they are all pure manual prototype.The material is ABS,acrylic,and 
white film,etc.There are milling machine, lathe, grinding machine, vacuum complex mode 
machine and other auxiliary machine to operate, the requirement to the master's mechanical 
operation,hand real carved and design ability is very high.
For simulation car prototype,must pay attention to the master's manual and the feel about 
photos of the line, and must be very familiar with the the plastic hardware mold,lay particular 
stress on the manual carve and mould knowledge;
For gypsum clay figurine prototype,this can be called sculpture crafts.
To make the three prototypes better,need a great deal of interest and long working life.
About the CNC prototype,it is the prototype which customer can provide the three view 
drawing,make out by making use of computer automation.
As for handicrafts clay figurine, because the computer cannot draw its three view drawing, 
usually only photos, or own design.The prototype factory request art strength is strong, 
hand-painted and shaping ability is high, the material is carved oil sludge soil or mesh,
 the material is soft, don't need a car milling assisted processing.The mold is generally 
silicone rubber, broke the constraints of steel, so the space is large, the difficulty is the 
creator's own feeling about the manual and the works.
