1.Preheating the silicon mould .Heat the silicon mould to 60-70 centigrade in advance.
2.Deaeration castable .Respectively put A, B two fluid in the chamber for vacuum deaeration
treatment by more than 30 minutes.
3.Pouring.Place the A and B liquid containers in operation room respectively.After getting the
vacuum in operation room ,stir B fluid constantly,to make it deaeration for 5-10 minutes,then
pour A liquid into B liquid, after mixing 30 to 40 minutes, quickly poured into the silicon rubber
mold.Within 1 min to 1.5 min to reply to the operation of atmospheric pressure since the
beginning of mixed.
4.Solidify.Demould after curring in the constant temperature box with temperature 60-70
centigrade by thirty to sixty minutes .Make second curring in 70-80 centigrade constant
temperature box by two to three hours if necessary.
5.When preheat the silicon mould,if the mould temperature is too low, will cause the curing
incomplete, poor physical properties, mold temperature is directly related to the dimension
precision of trial production.
