Strengths and Weaknesses of precision parts machined by CNC

The strengths of precision parts machined by CNC:
1. High machining accuracy possesses a relatively high machining quality.
2. CNC manchine possesses multi-coordinated linkage, which can machine
intricately shaped parts.
3. When processing parts are changed, CNC machine need to change numerical
control procedure, which can save production ready time.
4. Lathe is of high accuracy and huge stiffness, which can change advantageous
machining load and have high productivity(three or five time of traditional machining tools.
5. High degree automaticity of lathe can reduce labour intensity.
6. Mass production and product quality is easy to be control.
 
The weakness of precision parts machined by CNC:
1. Low quality requirements of operating personnel and high technical
requirements of maintenance personnel.
2. Processing route is not easy to control, which is not perceptual intuition
as traditional machining tools.
3. It is inconvenient to maintain and high technical requirements.
4. Technology is not easy to be controlled.
