1. CNC processing centre. CNC machine can process some bigger part.
The biggest dimension can reach 1800*900*600. Compared with SLA method,
the cost of CNC method is much cheaper and it can reach many different prototypes.
It is the most widely used in China. The main plastic material includes ABS,PC,PMMA,
POM,PA,PE,PP and the main metal material includes Stainless steel, Copper, Brass, Aluminum.
The advantage of CNC prototype is good tenacity, high tensile degree, low cost and widely used materials.
2. Vacuum casting. Fristly, a Master need to be made by CNC or SLA. And then make a silicon mould
according to Master under vacuum state and then pouring PU Rubber to clone a same one with Master.
The cloned one is better high temperature resistance and harder strength than the Master. If customers
require to make dozens sets prototype, the vacuum casting is a good choice to reduce manufacturing costs.
The prototypes moulded out by silicone mould will have a little shrink. The cost of vacuum casting prototype
is much cheaper than CNC prototype. The material of vacuum casting is PU, clear PU and PU rubber.
3.SLA laser molding. SLA laser molding save manual work. And it is easy to programme.
But the SLA machine is expensive and the cost is much high and the material is not brittle-ductile enough.
The efficiency of a SLA machine is equivalent with the efficiency of 3 CNC machine.
SLA has more advantage than CNC in small parts. The SLA is accurate and high speed.
The tolerance can be controlled in ±0.05mm.
4. SLS laser sintering method. SLS laser sintering method makes use of powdered material to shape.
