The ordinary material of sheet-metal method
1. Cold-rolled sheet SPCC
SPCC is that steel ingot is continuous rolling by cold-rolling mill into steel plate
roll material or sheet stock. SPCC is easy to be oxidized in the air because
there is no any protection on its surface. The oxidization will be quicken expecially
in a humid environment. It will have rust with dark red. So it need to be sprayed paints
or plating or other protection when in use.
2. Galvanized steel sheet SECC
The substrate of SECC is cold-rolled steel coil. It becomes electrogalvanizing
after degreasing, acid pickling, electroplating and all kind of postprocessing.
SECC possesses mechanical property of Cold Rolled Steel and approximate
machinability as well as superior stain resistance and decorative appearance.
For example, computer case is SECC.
3. Hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet SGCC
SGCC is semi-finished product after hot rolling ,acid pickling. After cleaning,
annealing and immersing into zinc pool with 460 degree to plate zinc layer on steel plate.
SGCC material is harder than SECC but bad malleability,
thick zinc layer and bad electrowelding.
4. Stainless Steel SUS 301
The CR ontent of SUS 301 is lower than SUS304 ,but bad stain resistance
5. Stainless Steel SUS 304
SUS 304 is one of the most common used stainless steel.
Because Ni and Cr possesses stain resistance and heat resistance.
It possess very good mechanical property.
