After finishing the prototype , If you need to spray processing ,need to pay more attention ,
SLA laser forming of the workpiece is not suitable for surface treatment specular highlights.
Because the SLA material is a kind of photosensitive resin, paint adhesion is not too good ,
and the gloss can not reach the good effect.
Besides, CNC machining parts, including PP, POM material is not suitable for surface spray
paint processing, the materials do not have the paint adhesion. Need sanding before painting,
the sand paper including coarse sand and fine sand paper. Workpiece can edge water on the
edge grinding, and burnish use the fine sand paper last time. And then sand, spray the bottom
ash. If the surface is high light processing needs finer sanding , then spray a layer of primer to
polish.
