Brushing technology on Aluminum Prototype Surface can be customed into curly
lines, straight lines , ripple lines, thread lines and spiral lines.
1. Curly brushing is a kind of irregularity , unobvious ,matte silking that aluminum
prototype is swiftly burshed and grinded in all direction by brass wire brush.
This kind of processing requires a higher surface requirement for aluminum
or aluminum alloy prototype.
2. Straight brushing is kind of straight line which is brushed by machine to form
regular and neat lines. It has the dual effect to remove scratch of aluminum surface
and decorate its surface .
3.Ripple brushing is generally created on brushing machine or Satsumon machine
to brush and polish the surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy prototype, making
some waving patterns by using the axial motion formed by the grind roll.
4.Thread brushing uses a small motor with a circular felt on the shaft which is
fixed on the table,with the edge of the table into the angle of about 60 degree.
In addition, a carriage with fixed aluminum plate is installed, and a straight line of
polyester film is applied to the carriage to limit the thread race.Using the rotation of
felt and the straight line of the carriage, the uniform thread patterns on the surface
of the aluminum alloy prototype can be brushed and spiraled.
5. Spiral brushing, also known as optical rotation, adopt cylindrical felt or stone
nylon wheel mounted on the drill bed, with kerosene to reconcile the oil on the
surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy plate to spin the grinding of a silk pattern.
It is mostly used for decorative processing of circular signs and small decorative dials.
Burshing is a renovating technology with great aesthetics.It had better not to change
its performance after it was processed and then solidified but to cover the partial
scratch by using the uniform scratch (wall thickness)made by the drawbench .
This is because the metal surface has some scratches and these scratches cannot
be avoided,so it commonly uses this technology. Burshing has the dual effect of
removing the scratch of and decorating the appearance of the aluminum surface.
