1.The route formulation of prototype craft can be divided into two processing according the
workpiece. First to process the inner wall of the appearance of the prototype, in good milling
benchmark, then turn 180 degree. Clamping,process the outer surface and button screen
location.If process the outer surface first,then inner wall,it is hard to locate the clamping for
secondary processing.
2.If the wall thickness of the prototype is only 1.5mm,it is easy to appear surface deformation
and broken phenomenon.It’s better to add the padding into the processed cavity to make the
support,this can avoid process the hole position,then fill gypsum ,otherwise it is difficult to
separate the finished product and padding.
3.First need to repair the cutting surface, cover the surface hole position,process the whole
surface,and then chamfer to finish the hole processing.In order to avoid the situation the knife
road is not smooth,uneven cutting force when processing the hole position.
4.Remember that! First to benchmark the milling cutter angle, to avoid the reverse when in order
to avoid the wrong direction of the embryo when reverse the clamping.
5.Note: Need to simulate the cutting during manufacturing process,after checking,then make
CNC machining.
6.The various parts of the prototype should have sufficient strength and stiffness, prevent damage
and deformation in the course of using, fastening parts must have the loose prevention measures,
avoid harm to the operator. Waste or workpiece missile phenomenon in the process of processing
are not allowed,affect the operator's attention, even harm the operator. In addition need to avoid
blanking burr cut staff.
