How to improve the high light effect of the prototype model?

Prototype model is relatively common model tools,with the development of the society,the
requirements to the prototype manufacture will be more and more strict in the future,together 
with the difficulties and challenges.Normally,every customer hope the high light of the effect is
good,but it will be very strict to the subsequent processing,the personnel must have very rich
experience. 
At present,in order to ensure quality,we will use various types of sand paper to make processing
at the prototype model production. Often burnish will make the prototype model with higher
brightness,and no need to pay much attention to the processing work.
In today's rapid prototyping industry, in order to effectively improve the quality of prototype model, 
usually will make burnish processing on the surface at least three different sand papers.Because
the more burnish,the higher brightness,but the whole workload is very big. 
After improved the prototype high light effect,then will need to make the paint processing,basically
around 3-4 times.After spray paint processing, take it to the dust-free workshop to make UV 
processing, through a series of processing,the high light effect of the prototype model is very ideal.
In addition,still need to check if there is defect on prototype at the time of paint processing,must with
good patience can improve the highlight effect during the grinding process.
