The Application and Function of CNC
At present, many projects can not continue without prototypes to
check their designs.
In the prototype processing industry. CNC plastic prototype whose
raw materials is plastic including ABS、PMMA、POM、PC、
PA、PP、PU、PMMA and so on, is mainly some prototypes of
plastic goods, such as television,display,telephone set and soon.
CNC Silica-gel prototype whose raw material is silica-gel,
is mainly some prototypes of showing the goods’ appearance design
such as automobile ,mobile phone,toy,crafts,general merchandise
and so on.
CNC Mental prototype whose raw material is metal such as
aluminium, stainlesss steel, SECC, SPCC, is mainly some prototypes
of top quality merchandise such as laptop,monoplayer, MP3player,
CD player and so on.

Prototyping also use as the small-batch production. It can reduce the market
risk if we small-batch production and get feedback from the trial products
and modify the product until customization.
