RIM means Reaction Injection molding. It is a new technology applied in rapid mould production,
after it mixed the two-component polyurethane materials, inject into the new rapid mould under
the normal temperature or low temperature,form to products through the chemical and physical
process such as  material polymerization,cross-linking, curing. With the advantages of high
efficiency, short production cycle,simple process, low cost.
Suitable for small batch trial production in the process of product development, small batch
production, simple structure covering parts ,and large thick wall,uneven thickness products
production.Mainly used in medical, industrial products chassis, cabinets, car, mesa, auto parts,
car modification market, chemical containers, beauty, sports leisure equipment, large and 
medium-sized plastic casing.Particularly appropriate for production in dozens, hundreds,
thousands of pieces of small batch production .
