The advantage of Reaction Injection Moulding.
1.With the advantages of high efficiency, short production cycle, simple process, low cost,
 can be made into parts with different density, hardness, flexibility.
2.Molding product with good packaging effect, can meet the usage of appearance design
 verification, structure testing and so on.
3.Compared to VCM vacuum technology, the size of the molding product is bigger, suitable
 for forming large product with thick wall and the surface without shrink mark.
4.Compared with the traditional mold technology and processes, costs and cycle are greatly
 reduced.
Technical parameters:
1.Applicable mould: resin mold (more than 100); ABS mold (more than 300); Aluminum alloy 
mold (more than 1000).
2.Casting materials: two-component polyurethane PU.
3.Physical properties: similar to PP/ABS. With the characteristics of ageing resistance, strong
 impact resistance, high fit degree, easy to assemble and disassemble, etc.
4.General working time: 15-30 minutes/parts,the demoulding parts curing 2-4 hours under 
 the environment of 80 ℃ .
5.Standard replication accuracy: ± 0.20 mm / 100 mm
6.Casting sample thickness: the biggest casting thickness is 10mm.
7.The largest casting workpiece: 2000 x1200x1000mm, 10kg
