CNC prototype manufacturers adopt the CNC machining center to process and produce product. The process of production generally has the following steps:

To understand the needs of customer: prototype material , hardness, transparency, color, surface smoothness etc. surface treatment process.

Analyze the structure of product, large parts to process by removing parts, according to the different material to clarify or ordering the material, which are all designed for the successful work.

Programming: programmers analyze the drawing for parts, and write the programming language for CNC machining center.

CNC machining for plastic plate: put the CNC programming language into the CNC machining center, then executive order.

Manual processing: trial assembly and repair the finished parts by CNC machining, the main contents are: calibrate data, burr elimination, bonding, polishing etc.

Surface treatment: finish a variety of surface effect required by customers, commonly adopt painting, printing, electroplating, special laser carving, anodic oxidation, and drawing etc.

Assembly: after surface treatment, the prototype assembly and data test are the main thing, of course, we should do the trial assemble before we do the surface treatment.

Packaging: package the products through final inspection to prevent the damage.
These steps are essential process for CNC prototype machining, we must strictly control and management, finish quality inspection for several times, so the steps cannot be reduced only increase. For example, the smaller companies may not do the trial assemble and packaging for the product and will not test data, which will directly cause the loss of customers.
