The factors which affect the CNC prototype model price

1.The precision and surface roughness of the processed parts;If need to reach 0.01mm 
tolerance, both processing equipment and technology master requirements are relatively
high, and the cost will be much higher.
2.The structure and size of the processed parts: if the product structure is complex, 
processing cost will be much higher; If the overall size is large or appearance surface is
curve, processing cost will rise a lot.
3.If the processed material is difficult to process,such as stainless steel, the hardness of 
the material is big,need to use tungsten hardened tool ,and the computer gong should be
made of Taiwan or Japan,surely the cost will be higher than ordinary materials processing.
4.There are a lot of prototype craft,including CNC processing,grinding, fuel injection, silk 
screen, wire drawing, watermark, electroplating, laser carving, etc., in general,prototype 
model don't need so many process, but one of our blender prototype model customer, used
all these techniques, price is relatively higher. 
In short, the precision,size,complexity,material and process of CNC prototype model are the
factors that influence the price of prototype model .
