 reduce the device cost greatly.

 parts is not easy to appear buckling and stress fracture, and can greatly reduce the rejection rate.

4.The required cooling time is short, can shorten the molding cycle, improve the injection 
molding efficiency.

The basic structure of the gas assisted injection molding almost the same with the general
 injection molding.Leecheer Prototype use the low pressure molding,it is beneficial to improve
 die life, but put forward high requirements on the shape of cavity surface accuracy .As this
 molding method can more realistically reflect the condition of the cavity wall surface, benefit
 to the plastics with decorative pattern,on the other hand, if there are some defects on the 
surface of the mould,can also be reflected from the plastic surface.
