The five shortcomings of liquid photosensitive polymer selective curing technology

1.Difficult to guarantee the dimension precision due to the chemical and physical changes in 
the forming process , and the will creep ;
2.Must to scan and curing the whole cross section , forming time is very long,need to make 
curing process after forming;
3.The part not exposured by laser beam is still liquid, so need to design the support of the 
overhanging in advance, remove after curing;
4.Photosensitive resin is brittle,easy to fracture after curing. The processing ability is bad,
the  working temperature should not exceed 100 ℃,will hygroscopic and expansion, the 
corrosion resistant ability is not strong, and expensive (140-2404 / kg).
5.The laser tube life which produce ultraviolet laser is about 2000 hours.
