Main Processing Methods of Hole Series of CNC Precision Machining
How many processing methods of hole series of CNC precision
machining ?
1. The fixed position machining of positioning sleeve. The shape of
positioning sleeve likes outer ring which is hard and top circle after
precision grinding. When operating, the center line of holes should
be lined out on the surface of workpiece with the method of scoring.
The center position of holes is smaller 3-5mm than the rquirement.
Each hole is installed a positioning sleeve, whose center fixes
the positioning sleeve on the workpiece. The position precision
of this method can reach 0.02mm but the efficiency is very low.
2. Machining with lineation. This is the most simple positioning
processing method. According to the requirement of design, the
position centers are lined and then the holes are machined by the lines.
3. Machining with matched drilling. Matched drilling is that its hole is
machined according to the actual hole of another parts to match and
drill not the size and tolerance of drawing. This is a common usage
during mould manufacturing.
4. Machining with jig borer. Jig borer takes advantage of high
precision machine tool of machining method with coordinating.
5. Machining with boring in-step. It is fixed by forceps
holder with the two or three parts with same hole
position and then bore a hole until they are finished.
