Prototype model automatic assembly

The automatic identification of parts assembly relationship is an important part to realize the 
product assemble automation .Due to the impact prototype of the Leecheer Prototype has 
typical structure, the assembly relationship can be stored by adopt the way of rule base, 
through RRR (rule-based reasoning) technology to get the assemble relationship of the
 die mould.
 Assembly sequence is one of the key research content of the product assembly automation,
 the rational assembly sequence can significantly improve the efficiency of the prototype 
assembly.Adopt the outgoing assmebly way in the system, Leecheer prototype use the die
 holder of the prototype as the base element,add the parts connected with the front parts, 
until all parts run out .The parts are provided by artificial or reasoning through the CBR
 techniques.After packed in a parts,we can get the assembly relationship of the assembly 
system by reasoning from the assemble relation library,through the SolidWorks of API
 function to position parts.After finishing the position,then going into next part.During the 
assemble process,to introduce the concept of assembly layer and set the die holder layer 
as zero,and the parts connected with the die mould  holder layer as one,by parity of 
reasoning,for the connected two parts,the smaller layer number parts as components,
and the bigger layer parts as sub-components.
